Translation (or at least my translation) of that is....
It will potentially cost a lot to get it through its M.O.T. and it will still be a low valued car so it may be worth scrapping it.
. 11 stone wet through, a bit of a pi55 head, and a little difficult to understand, but still decent entertainment....... .

That's what I think it translates to BUT I do also think he means that's what the Halfords guy would say, not what our own walking Savvy advert would say........

Re: Halfrauds MOT Sheddie - Low Road, A639 Leeds.
1: I sincerely hope caring and resolute owner of faithful Proton (who went in for a 'quick look, please?, before the MOT') hasn't been Hal FRAUDED into a £400+ bill....Eh? 2. Nothing against folks having a bit of work done for the MOT (Would advise against [point 1] at a HalFRAUDS establishment).... Eh? 3: Didn't get close enough to check 'ongoing viability of shell' - Worth the outlay or Not... don't know! 4: Very often a repair [expense] is an investment if the car is a solid runabout and buying a shed of worms, to replace it, will bankrupt you quickly. 5: HalFRAUDERS see all punters as Goats.... and you know what happens to them! Err.... 2sav
